Very clean & tidy store. A small neighborhood style location. I noticed many brand new items in a variety of sizes and colors. Prices were lower than I expected them to be, which was a pleasant surprise.
nice & neatly organized store. the clothes are color coordinated which makes it easier to find your favorite color clothing!
I went here on Black Friday to look for some clothes for some people I know and was able to find a few items, some of which were 50 percent off. Wish they had a little more selection of stuff, but the workers were friendly and it wasn’t too crowded.
Lots of clothes (which I wasn’t shopping for so I can’t comment on their selection or prices), but everything else like kitchen, shoes, art, kids stuff, is a ghost town. The prices are so high I actually think Target might be cheaper. I understand we’re in the Bay Area, but if I can get the same thing for about the same price brand new… 🤷🏻♀️
So it wouldn't let me make a new review so I have 2 here because I decided to give it a second chance. 1. So I was in a couple of days ago and there is a very rude old white lady I believe her name is paula. If you hate your job so much find a new one. There was a middle age darker complected maybe Mexican guy who was very friendly. You could see he was very uncomfortable because of her attitude with customers. 2. So after hearing from a friend that when she went in there was a couple very friendly employees. One working the door and an older gentleman stocking the floor and she had nothing but good to say about her interaction with them. So I decided to go in this sunday Oct 19. It was the same thing I experienced the first time I came in. The women that work in this store are horrible people. They are rude and unpleasant. I tried to give this store a second chance because I know the Salvation Army does great thing in our community but this store is not it. I just don't understand after reading all these reviews why the rudeness from these women is still happening.
