I had an excellent experience with Michelle today. She was very patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She provided me with the best options available, always making sure they worked in my favor. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process easy to understand and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and the excellent service she gave me.
The most priceless items. Treasure, This Goodwill Store has San Francisco 49er treasure. I have found the most amazing S.F. Giants cards, t-shirts, sports items at the store, vintage sports collectibles, Plus a classic, rare 1902 Sears Catalog, collection of Sopranos videos, jewelry. Wonderful management. They are kind, professional, and know e-commerce. Great customer service. The team helps me all the time I shop there.
I frequent your store a lot there is a gentleman tall who follows the carts when they come out grabs everything but if I ask to get something they say no I have to wait til it is on the shelf many of us are upset. He also lied about Carolina and probably others and got her fired this is 😡 upsetting. Bossing others saying things as if he is the boss really a bad look protect the women in your store and all employees . Bad bad look.
I recently visited Goodwill and picked up a National Geographic Earth Science activity kit. Since it didn't have a price tag, I got it for just $4.00! It's a really cool kit, but I quickly realized that it was missing a key component: the crystals. This is just a friendly reminder to everyone: it's definitely a good idea to carefully check the contents of the box before you purchase any activity kit or boxed item at a thrift store. That way, you know exactly what you're getting!"
Huge store, clean. Although I found a cute pair of pants that I purchased, I rated this store low because they close the bathrooms off to employees only. How disgusting of a store who is supported by donations and the community to not allow patrons to use the bathroom.
