Great customer service which is why they get another star from me but overall a not great selling experience. Way under budget of 30-40% of what my clothes were worth and also a 20-40 minute wait was about a 2.5 hour wait on an already busy day for me. Highly do not recommend this Plato’s. The one in Vacaville is much better if you’re willing to drive

This store is a joke. Not only are the employees just rude and disrespectful, but I have a feeling they discriminate against people based off of maybe. Their age or looks because I'm literally purchased items from a store. Not gonna name the store, but it was a very up-to-date on fashion store. For reasons I dont need to explain, i decided to take some of the clothing to plato's closet. Along with those clothes, there were quite a few pairs of boots. They said the clothes was out of season and had some appearance issues like stains, and the boots are out of season......????? Now i'm not the teenager, and i'm not a twenty something year old anymore, and the employees definitely made me feel like I didn't belong in that store. And when they handed me back, the items they handed it to me, like it was a wadded up used tissue. And they couldn't wait to get it out of their hands. ¡Cause they were so disgusted. I walked to help with all but one of my clothing Items and was paid exactly two dollars. And let's not get me started on the parking lot, which is even more of a joke. I would absolutely not recommend anybody going to the store.Especially if you're trying to come up with some extra cash because Plato's closet is not the place to help you with that. Don't waste your time go into the store. You have a better chance of making money by posting things on facebook market place. You'll probably be betreated better too.
