Very bad service and store seems in dis array. It's been for the last two visits indeed. Staff very rude not engaged positively & not pro active. I tried purchasing crock pot but cashier was engaged asking me if it works at which point I replied why put on shelf not working. She said it's upto me to test it in a wall plug & they don't have time and sell it as was put on shelf..You,'ve time to take our money selling unconfirmed functioning item which is not honest or appropriate. What kind of business are you running. The BBB would like to hear this very much indeed. By the way customer ahead of me a Asian human being had same issue faced a humiliating gesture after paying and cashier pointed her physical hand side ways told him leave her register. It was insulting annoying and disgusting behavior on sales floor she should be written up and reprimanded. Any electrical plug in items should be confirmed working!!! Do the Wright thing don't cheat your customers.
