This place is well lighted and during my visit today very clean compared to the Date ave Outlet in Sacramento. I will visit again.

I'm surprised by the previous negative reviews - this bins is quieter, cleaner, and nicer people then others I have been to (in NH, Boston, and SF) even though the per pound price is also relatively higher. There are resellers but also many people buying for themselves of all ages. Plenty to go around for all, and most still ends up in the landfill due to the sheer bulk quantity unfortunately. Lots of clothing, but limited selection of household items and shoes tend to be on the dirtier and worn side. It is the bins so you need to like the thrill of the hunt to enjoy shopping here and not mind accidentally touching some gross items from time to time (bring gloves!) :) Upside is incredible deal on great items! I recommend this place.

Anyone who's ever been to a Goodwill Outlet knows exactly how it is and this location, although newer, is no exception. People tend to be on their worst behavior at the bins. Lots of running, screaming, hoarding and people throwing unwanted items. Like most locations, you have a very slim chance of finding anything good as you'll be competing with the lifers/resellers all day. This location happens to have a decent furniture section, but you can't look at anything because people tend to picnic, nap and sort through their finds in this area. Good luck getting a cart. For its flaws, it's not a bad outlet. The space is quite big with plenty of room and bins to look through. If you dig patiently, you might find something the vultures overlooked. Although, if you're a casual digger you might get annoyed quickly with the other patrons, lack of order/rules and the smell.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY SCAMMED ME , I bought 4 shirts and it said that my cart weighed less than a pound and the worker charged me for 2 pounds , this was at 3pm on January 5th the worker was more on the younger side as well and I’m pretty sure he knew what he was doing. I’ve gone to many bin locations and this one had been the worst experience I literally could not find anything good there and I was looking around at what other people pulled and their finds were not good either. I URGE U NOT TO WASTE UR TIME HERE IVE BEEN THRIFTING FOR 8 YEARS THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION

This place is genuinely awful. The culture at "the bins" is the most toxic and unethical I have ever seen. 90% of the customers that shop here are resellers. These people are vultures who buy clothes at the bins for the cheap and resell for 30 times the original price (clothes are around 3 dollars per pound). You can't find anything here worthwhile, which likely means that the employees are doing shady deals with the some of the customers. Oh and speaking of the employees, all of them are rude and sketchy. If you do find something good from this trash heap, good luck trying to get it to the register! Resellers will go through your carts as well if they are left unattended. Don't even bother asking for help to figure out who stole your clothes. They have cameras and they don't even use them. They have giant rule boards plastered on the walls and nobody follows them. They preach about being fair but they can't even run a proper thrift store. I have seen the same 20 people each time I've been here, and all of them are willing to die over a shirt so that they can post it on Depop for $50. That's how serious they take this. It's so bad that these resellers often times charge other people for clothes at outlet if it's in their cart. They haven't even bought it yet and they are already trying to sell it in-store. Absolutely ridiculous. You resellers need to be ashamed of yourselves. It's a thrift store! It's for people who can't afford retail priced clothing. Not for your unethical side hustle.
