I get a lot of vintage outfit with excellent quality. The price isn't really cheap but still competitive than Etsy or any online vintage platform. Get 15 bucks for guess shoes with very good condition. All staff are friendly and helpful.

A lot of vintage clothes! The wares are also nice. The store’s design is pleasing. On the other hand, there are some clothes, such as pants, that has wires which require calling somebody to unlock it. It may require extra time to wait if you are in a hurry shopping. Regardless, it’s fun to shop here! Edit: The photos I uploaded were captured from last year. Gentle reminder that this Goodwill store has changed from that time in terms of store layout and pricing.

I actually feel bad to have to leave this review because, without any expectations, I found three fabulous items totaling a mere 25.00. Let me start at the beginning. Today I had a large bag of clothing to donate and a list of groceries to buy from the Market in Japantown. I used my 'granny cart' to carry my donation. After drop off, I had a bit of time and was drawn in by the Holiday decorations. And while milling around, I found a pair of baggy Abercrombie & Fitch jeans, a denim shirt and a beautiful pair of wool pants. All of these items still had the tags on. But in the process of shopping, I was watched by staff and security. At first I ignored that 'feeling' you get. But, checking out was the worst. I was stared at by security and the lady behind the counter was rude to me. I asked for a bag, KNOWING that there would be a charge. But she folded my clothes on the counter and proceeded to call up the next customer. I repeated nicely that I would like a bag and she practically yelled back, "You have to pay for bag"! Ummm...OK. Who does not know that living in the City? I'm a native and I want to be kind. Goodwill needs to work on customer service. My shopping today was a one off and I probably won't be going back.

We are visiting San Francisco from Denver. We don't thrift at Goodwill because they are typically very disorganized, selection isn't great, and items are overpriced. We were walking back to our hotel from dinner and my daughter begged me to stop in. Reluctantly, I agreed. I will say this store was very organized, clean, and had quality items. We picked up a vintage Battleship game, and a travel version of it to add to our collection, for the journey back home. My problem was with checkout. I used my card and the reader said, "Approved." The guy at the register said I needed to run it again because his computer said,"Pending." I explained that's how POS systems work, and that it didn't say, "Declined." He made me run it again. Now I have TWO charges on my card. Called back later to speak with the manager and she said the other charge would drop off. I asked, "What if it doesn't?" She said you can come back in person. I told her I'm visiting from out of town and wouldn't be able to do that. She said, "Well, that's the only way." While I know that's not true,it's disappointing that no one at this store knows how credit/debit/POS works. If you come here, pay cash. Or just frequent the better thrift stores out there.

This place is a straight joke before my wife and I could even walk in the door apparently we were not aloud in that store for some unknown reason To us we've never been here before we are not even from here but supposedly the security guard told my wife she was not aloud to shop there today. Witch I felt was a perfect example of profiling. It was sad my wife was hurt and the guy or girl at the door was well let's put it this way it should t be a security guard for anyone ever poor choice making and no class whatsoever. This goodwill gets a 👎 do better guys come on.
