Too expensive for used items of which some are torn and stained and even vacuums with gross amounts of visible debris animal hairs etc

I just walked in the Goodwill in the Bayview Plaza and I was horrified by what I saw. A total redesign of the store that looked a mess! There is no more “intentional” merchandising at all. Just racks and racks of clothes. Household merchandise just placed haphazardly on the shelves. A once a “boutique style” store of enjoyable shopping is no more! It is terrible. I mentioned this to one of the workers and she said the Goodwill was trying to make it look like Savers. What?! Well, I will no longer be shopping here anytime soon.

Unfortunately, this Goodwill location has gone downhill in recent months. Since the staff changes, I’ve noticed questionable behavior—certain employees appear to be setting aside items for specific customers and offering discounted prices to people they seem to know personally. One staff member, in particular (girl with slicked bun) consistently hides items in carts before they hit the floor, which feels unfair to the rest of the shoppers. This kind of favoritism takes away from the experience and values that Goodwill is supposed to represent. Update as of July 6th. Same thing made a stop and once again the “Elizabeth” or “Lizbeth” was seen bringing out special goods to her customer friends & even heard her ring up a whole cart for only 18$ …. Goodwill needs to look into their employees just WOW
