Very easy for donations drop off. I parked in front and the attendant came out with a roller cart to unload my items.

This is a donation center only. No store here to shop at. I just donated a bag of items. The staff employee was friendly and helpful. He assisted me in figuring out how to get a donation receipt emailed to me using the QR code. I like this option because now I don't have to worry about losing the paper receipt. There is plenty of parking available. Whole process went smoothly. Thanks!

Super simple. Clean and orderly, friendly staff. Storefront location makes it easy. This is a donations only site. Staff told us which bin to put our items in and off we went.

I just left there recently today. I wasn’t happy with the interaction with the front desk employee. A hispanic looking male with a white cap. I wasn’t able to see his name. Anyhow, as soon as I walked in I said; “Hello, may I have some assistance with the cart?” He responds back saying; “No, you can take it out there.” I was baffled by this a bit, but I didn’t make a big deal about it. I take the cart, retrieve my two bags for donation and as I’m pushing the cart inside the store towards his vicinity; he tells me to stop and leave it right there by the entry. Again, I’m still taking back by his dismissiveness and rudeness at this point. I come to the counter, let him know two bags of clothes; I had to repeat myself cause he acted as if he didn’t understand me. Afterwards, he writes out my receipt; and says “here you go.” I’m still taking back by all this; not a thank you or a have a good day. Anyone reading this; just to give you context I am a Hispanic male myself. Anyhow, this employees rudeness and dismissive behavior needs to get checked. I have been donating to this establishment for two years and have never received this type of treatment. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here again. If people are giving away free donations from their own homes, and request assistance; they should receive it!
