We went to this Goodwill on my daughter's birthday today, and Chile we had a good time in the Lord, we found a lot of good finds. I guess that's why, they call it the Good will. Lol. Anywho!!! There was a lot of nice jackets and blazers. I mean we were in there just having a grand ole time. I spent a little over $150.00 dollars. The girls spent a little less than $100.00 each. We purchased jackets, pants, tops, belts backpack ect. I like they way the have it set up in there and it's super big in there. Good time. And Ms. Jeaneen, was so super fast, nice and very helpful and patient. You see our cart. 😬
Selections are good and fair prices, just that the cashier that helped me is not too friendly. He was giving me attitude by giving me a judging eye and he never talk, his name is Ryan. I hope they will train their employees to be more helpful and kind.
Plenty of parking, wheelchair/ handicapped accessible, there are NO fitti g rooms.great selection of pretty much everything as long as u like refurbished items. U can get great deals here on some things and other things their more than what u would buy it brand new,it makes no sense to me! I was in search of 80's clothing for a 10 yr old looking g for prom dresses. Their operati g hours are 9am to 9pm!! I appreciate that very much! They have used books, music c.ds books on tape, vHS movie ARTS N CRAFTS stuff holiday items home decor, purses shoes hats scarfs ties socks, lingerie bedding, material, curtains, curtain rods shower curtains shower rods, pillows, decorative pillows, lawn care, lawn ornaments, tools, camping equipment/ supplies, clocks, watches jewelry, name brand items, dishes pots n pans lunch boxes, curling irons blow dryers, hot rollers, sun glasses personal massagers, from newborn to adult 4x clothing. When I went to this one, it seemed NOTHING was in thE size range it was suppose to b in so if your looking for something specific, look thru ALL the sizes. Once u purchase something u have 7 days to return it for a store credit to ANY goodwill as long as u have your receipt and the tags are still on your item. Public Restrooms vary from store to store and I have had no issues with parking at any of the goodwill stores I have visited. Some have ON SITE donation drop offs, and others dont too so call before u drive their to donate anything. GOOD LUCK
When this store first opened it was excellent! They had brand name items, new stuff and a lot of newer shoes made from Birkenstock, Chaco, Borň. Recently this goodwill has really fallen off the wagon. The past few times I’ve left here empty handed. It’s filled with scrounge people, and their clothes. The racks are filled with more and more stained, stinky reused walmart clothes! I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!
I no longer want to shop at this store. I went to 5 good wills today all over northern Sacramento and had my elderly mom with me and she tried to walk through as many as she can. When we arrived at this store, my mom was tired and there was no handicap parking and had to park in the very back. After looking in the store and leaving my mom is car due to parking so far back. Usually this stores manager honors the fact my mom is in the car especially since we come in all the time as regulars. This manager did not want to honor it and I did not feel my mom had to walk in from so far back in parking lot. I told the manager Marcie that I will be making a complaint with her name on it and her and the staff at register all laughed in my face and said I don't care. Me and my girlfriend who goes to good wills literally every day, will no longer go to this location. I have been denied before which is fine but laugh in my face has made me want to complain and give up on this location. The funniest part of the trip was when I pointed out on one of the ceramic heavy cars, there were dozens of spider skins inside it and I was told it's so expensive because we're paying for the spiders as well.
