Nice clean store despite neighborhood being rough. Aisles were very organized when we came. It looks like they no longer do 50% off days per one of the employees. We also found the prices were very fair. Staff is super friendly as well. We'll definitely be back.
Clean store, we found some items we were looking for 👍🏼 Alot of clothing available. Pretty good Dvd selection.
Been visiting this Goodwill store from day 1. I’m very upset to be treated with such disrespect by the African American lady that works in the shoe section. She’s such a RUDE and disrespectful person. Yells at the customers while looking at the shoe section. I will not tolerate to be treated like dirt! I’m an adult and deserve respect! Another customer that heard she said she was treated badly by this lady also. We are customers and are allowed to see. Management please show this woman good customer service ethics!! Thank you!
Date of Visit: Tuesday, December 14 Location: Goodwill – 5445 Auburn Blvd. I am submitting this review to document a serious concern regarding potential violations of law observed at this Goodwill location. During my visit, I observed several handbags displayed behind the counter that appeared to be counterfeit, including items branded as Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and Coach. These handbags were placed behind the counter, suggesting they were being sold at a premium price. Their placement indicates management awareness of these items being offered for sale. As is widely understood, the sale or distribution of counterfeit goods is a violation of federal law under the Trademark Counterfeiting Act (18 U.S.C. § 2320) and may result in criminal penalties, civil liability, fines, and asset forfeiture. This practice exposes Goodwill to significant legal and reputational risk and raises serious concerns regarding internal oversight and compliance procedures. I strongly urge Goodwill’s corporate office to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that any counterfeit items are immediately removed from sale. Consumers have the right to trust that merchandise sold in charitable retail stores is authentic and lawfully obtained.
Used to be my favorite goodwill but the workers let these 2 older men completely take over the new bins to the point where other shoppers cannot even look. They throw things, cus and are just plain rude. You know who they are why don’t you do something about them?
