I just came here today to drop off my donations real quick. The worker was really nice and friendly. Tbh she was the nicest one I met out of all Goodwills. She came out with a cart right after I parked with a smile and I just put my donations in. Very quick and easy. I had my kids in the car so this service was exactly what I needed. I don’t know why they have bad ratings. I was hesitant because of that but I’m so glad I came here today.
Hours incorrect. Showed up at 11:40 on Monday and there was a sign on the door saying they wouldn't be back til 12:05. That's great but gas costs money and updating your Google hours is free.
Drove all the way across town and arrived at 12:30pm to a note on the door saying they'd return at 1:45. Came back at 2:10 and the note was now updated to 2:45. Thanks for wasting my time. Looks like I'm driving to West Sac now.
Closed in the middle of the day with a sign saying they'd be back later. They had another sign saying they'd only take 1 donation per person. While we were here, 4 other vehicles pulled up with donations only to leave when they tried to open the locked door.
I stopped by today, 7/18/25, at 4 pm, and while the sign was on and "open", no one was there. Two other cars had pulled in and then left as well. There was a sign in the window "Be back at 4:30". I didn't want to wait around in case they didn't come back as I was on my lunch break at work. Don't waste your time driving to this location.
