My husband and I received great customer service and care when we dropped off our clothing and misc donations today, 2/13. We were greeted warmly by Kemaine who also shared with us that monies donated to the Goodwill also fund programs that create employment opportunities for individuals such as himself and fellow colleagues. Admittedly, we told him that this was the first time that we heard about this and promised to make a donation at another time. However, we were so moved by how passionate he spoke about the opportunities Goodwill programs provide, we decided to get cash back from Ralph's across the way and returned to this location with our cash donation. Unfortunately, Kemaine had finished his shift by the time we returned. I hope he gets an opportunity to read this review and know that he inspired us to comeback and make a cash donation to show our support for programs that the Goodwill provide in service of our communities.

Good customer service, sometimes there may be a long wait to check out but staff does their best! Definitely worth it though! This location is on my top 5 thrift stores to visit in LA.

This Goodwill location is spacious and has plenty of parking right out front, which makes access easy. Inside, the store is fairly well stocked with a wide variety of items—clothing, furniture, household goods, and more. There’s definitely potential to find some good deals here. The staff is okay, though not particularly warm or engaging. Nothing negative, just not the friendliest vibe. That said, the store could really use more regular cleaning—not just the merchandise that's scattered everywhere, but the floors and general upkeep as well. I know it’s a thrift store, but a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall shopping experience and encouraging customers to spend and donate.

Found a couple of things. For the most part, really no deals. The selection is minimal. Display case did not have anything worthwhile. Small shoe section. Lot of bare space on the shelves. They have a ramp like entryway when you first come in. NO restrooms. The parking lot is small and very tight. Did not see any handicap parking spaces.

I thought the lady with big forehead and braids falling out was rude but Natasha takes the cake. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of one of your employees Miss Natasha. My experience with her was not only unprofessional but downright unacceptable. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and respect. Making me feel uncomfortable as if I’m stealing clothes when I tried to return them with a receipt is terrible. Not only that she made a damn bargain with another customer outside the store to come grab some clothing from the store! I ignored that but this? This is completely unacceptable! At no point did they demonstrate any willingness to assist or resolve my issue. Instead, their condescending tone and careless demeanor made the situation worse. Frankly, it left me questioning how someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to represent your company. I expect this matter to be addressed seriously. If this is how your business permits employees to treat clients, I can assure you I will not be returning, and I will be certain to share my negative experience with others.
