Not all Goodwill's are the same I went to another one just the other day and NOPE ! choose wisely. This Goodwill was awesome! Great deals all the yellow tags were 50% off ! And their items were so nice. Also kudos to that hardworking staff ! They were hanging tons clothes up and filling up those shelves. Also their HALLOWEEN section was huge! Thank you best $53.94 I spent.

My experience with the Manager Alex was great. I needed to see some items in the show case and despite that it was Saturday which is busy day she was multitasking. Alex didn’t let me wait or let others wait and showed me patiently with big and welcoming smile all what I need. Fantastic customer service. Thank you very much Alex for your help, kindness and great service. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and colleagues.

I come here pretty often and find good deals sometimes. Many of the staff are great, hence the 2 stars. But, a lot of the pricing is out of hand. Like so bad it’s insulting. What really got me was when one of the employees came and gave me a “warning”, and was going to ask me to leave after accusing me of moving things around to where they shouldn’t be. ??? I looked around to see if he was talking to the right person. If anything I leave thrift stores looking better than when I came in. But again, insulting. Am I being watched? Are the employees messing with me for fun? Idk. They have these signs around the store saying they help the community and hire people who need help and all that. But they’re always understaffed. If they really cared you wouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes to check out. And then they have the audacity to ask for an extra dollar at the register. Go hire people who need help. It’s a profit first organization with a fake smile. To top it off, their Black Friday deal is you get a free scarf with a $30 purchase. Insulting. Go check out Council Shop down the street to see how it’s done. They’re doing 50% off whole store for Black Friday.

One of the worst goodwills. (Many in LA are awful). It smells terrible and things are WAY overpriced. The employees will talk to you like you’re stupid. If something isn’t tagged they won’t sell it to you even with a manager AND they will treat you like you were going to steal something for asking how much an untagged item is. Only one person runs the checkout even if there are ten people with full carts in line. They announce via loudspeaker that their equipment is broken for returns only and to come back a different day. You Will find items that have visible body fluid or other unknown grossness. I can’t believe the health dept doesn’t shut it down. The three star review it maintains is incredible given how bad this place is. Stopped in a year apart from last visit and it has gotten even worse. If you are looking for someone’s extremely used, torn up and stained shoes for $30, you will love it here. Even the books that have the pages glued shut from spilled milk are $5 (or more just depending on how they feel apparently) Donate your things to local thrift stores instead of this chain which no longer holds the morals and values and it once did.

now tell me why this goodwill is selling paperback children’s books for $5 each? i walked in wanting to buy two Magic Treehouse books and they were each $4.99, and an employee said there were no other discounts on the books. Target and Walmart both sell the Magic Treehouse 4 book box sets brand new for less than $15… this store is going to sacrifice it’s existence for the attempted grift of trying to convince people used products should cost more than new ones. ridiculous.
