This Goodwill recently had a big remodel. The store looks amazing and has a larger variety of items. BUT prices have also gone up. $99 for carry-on luggage? $299.99 for a bicycle? Insane. Those are regular prices which are insane and which I wouldn’t wish on my toxic Aunt Mildred. Are they trying to make up for the money spent on the remodel? Not sure, but if you stick to regular things like clothes and books you’ll be okay.

The store used to have good deals but has now become overpriced due to staff in the back not having the proper knowledge in pricing. They see listed prices online and expect shoppers to pay those prices when everything they get is donated and FREE. They even overprice old, beat up stuff for profit, and the good, quality stuff is being sent to ecommerce where the prices get worse,. First, if Goodwill wants to be a FOR PROFIT reselling business, then take off the non-profit moniker. Second, if you Google search every single piece that you think is worth something, including plates that you priced at $20 a piece, then do it correctly. Don't just price something by what you see online because there is a BIG difference between what someone is selling something for and what it actually sold for. Think about serving the public, not lining your pockets. Goodwill must come up with a proper pricing policy that is fair to the public. Too many times I'm told, "They looked it up before pricing it like that."

Came here to look at antique furniture, they only have a few pieces of furniture and one thing had a vintage look with no price tag. The prices were extremely low on the few items I saw. I walked past the HomeGoods section and noticed the shelves were about 80% empty. I don’t know if they’re remodeling, someone cleaned them out or people aren’t donating here anymore but it seemed really strange. I was gonna donate some items here but I decided I’ll take it to Deseret industries where I always find tons of items and great prices!

There are two restrooms, but neither are open to the public. I didn't stay long due to the above, but I did find an Ambiance clip frame here marked $7.99. (Jerry's Artarama sells it for $2.19.) First and last trip to this location!

I am a regular at this Goodwill location, I’ve been shopping at this store for the past 3 years. Over the last year I’ve noticed the store has gone downhill from being great. I have become very familiar with employees, as a frequent costumer I make a lot of conversation with certain workers that are there in the afternoon. They are all friendly and make good talk, but I’ve noticed that there is a tense atmosphere surrounding the store. I think it’s under new management and it’s not working well for them. I’ve heard nothing but negative things and I’ve seen apart from that, they’ve been letting a lot more robbery occur in the store. Employees don’t feel safe and that’s upsetting to hear, I as a costumer am starting not to feel safe either. I shop a lot at Goodwill as a reseller, I am there very often to see the potential threats to employees and lack of security. Such a big company and they can’t offer protection for employees ? It’s disappointing. This store needs to get better management, When I come In to make exchanges I’ve noticed a manager who I believe is new, never seen her the 3 years as of now , as of recently be very unprofessional and lack costumer service . These employees deserve respect and better. I’m considering no longer shopping at this location. Great employees but could use better upper management .
