Shopping here was pleasant with some vintage finds and helpful employees. Safety dividers are in place at checkout. Masks are required for employees and customers.

Most local thrift stores take tap except goodwill. Told the worker I was gunna go to my car and grab my debit. Went back inside and they had misplaced my belongings that I was going to purchase. Acted like they didn't know where it went. Ridiculous

David was very rude I was walking around trying to find work pants he came up to me followed me around and made a big deal about me not putting the pants back on the hangers, isn’t that what the workers are for ? They have hella workers walking around doing nothing including David who can just pick up the clothes and put them back on the racks . I left my whole cart there and walked out cause he made me feel uncomfortable. And then he followed me and my daughter out and kept staring for a whole two minutes . Nasty . Please do not shop here you will be uncomfortable the whole time . Such a bad experience!

I have been shopping at the Goodwill in south east Fresno for many years now. I have dropped off several bags of goods here throughout the years. I shop here regularly, every weekend. I have seen them raise the prices, at times I feel are to high but that doesn’t stop me because I know it’s for a good cause. I have never had any issues with the staff until today. I was shopping minding my own business and happened to lay my t-shirt I was looking at on a table to measure it for a project I am working on. Then the manager a very large man with a deep voice approached me and told me not to lay my shirt there that if I was going to do that I need to take it up to the counter. I was shocked for one because I felt I was being scolded and then upset because he was telling me what to do as if I was one of his staff. I tried to explain to him what I was doing but he rudely talked over me and continued to tell me to take it to the front counter. I come from years of customer service and was taught the customer comes first but this guy obviously doesn’t value or respect his customers. I politely put all my items back and left and as I walked out he said have a good day which I took as a jab. I do not and will never recommend this store to anyone. Not only do you have to deal with the riff raff in the parking lot shooting up and doing drug deals but now you have the store manager being rude. No thank you I pass. I’ll take my money to Valley Thrift and the Salvation Army. I may have to drive further but at least I’ll be treated respectfully.
