Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
I have been going to Goodwill as long as I can remember. This is my most favorite store by far. Definitely one of the cleanest locations, and a very friendly staff also.
I would give it 2 1/2 stars. The rest of the staff is super nice and professional, except for one person that is in the donations intake. It is a bigger white gentleman with a bushy beard that took my donation in. He didn’t advise me to stop or wait. He just waited for me to get close then threw a cone in front of my truck causing me to stop abruptly. Then it took him three minutes to basically do nothing to move the cone and have me come closer to drop my donation off after coming to my window, he basically threw a piece of paper in my face, then asked me what my donation was after. I told him what my donation was he forcibly opened my tailgate on my truck, causing my truck to bounce from how hard he let it drop. then told me that I can leave and didn’t close my tailgate. I went to make a complaint against him and the manager. I spoke to was extremely professional and nice other than that rude worker the rest of the goodwill staff are amazing.
Beware ! This location has roaches, I didn’t even get to do a full lap around.
The prices are ridiculous! It’s not worth your money. First of all, you get nothing in return when you donate. No store credit or anything, so they are getting the items for free. I don’t understand why they’re pricing their items like it’s coming out of their pockets. You have a better chance of finding something cheaper at Ross, Marshalls etc. for a new item versus it being used.
This place has seriously gone to heck. The prices are ridiculous. They are now leaving tags blank & price them as they fit. All items are donated. Things should be a lot cheaper. Remember, you're the Goodwill, not Gucci!
