I like this place. There is a library 📚 in this area and , as well as, rock climbing. 🧗♀️ and many other cool places that is anchored by. I remembered a time when I loaded my musics stuff into my Audi Q7 and posters of Bruce Lee .. lol 😂 and I wish I had Bruce back, those were some great memories. However, I did get my tax. Slips.
During a recent visit I encountered the cashier Brian at the register. I found Brian to be simply delightful. A true gentleman. Personable and warm while being completely professional. It's refreshingly pleasant to once again observe customer service finally return to retail.
The color of the week light up sign needs to be fixed. The color of the week is orange but the sign looks yellow. The poster by the entry was obscured when I first entered the store and I shopped thinking the color of the week was yellow. I even looked for the poster with the color of the week when I entered the store and could not find it. I will not be back to this store. There always seems to be something stupid that occurs when I shop there. I don’t act or read lips and it seems the people in this store only do that.
Great store!! Although I got into an altercation with the store manager. I was looking at the clothes minding my business all of a sudden I see a man standing 2 inches away from my face yelling excuse me even though there was a large open space to the left of me.. when I told him to go around he started calling me "fam" and "B" 😂 the idiot needs to learn some manners because if he does this to the wrong person they're going to lay him out cold...
Store has no story policy posted about children over 2 having to wear masks. Tucson and county mandates have both stated its not healthy or reasonable to require a child under 5 to wear a mask. This store discriminated against me and my 3 children demanding that they be confined in a stroller or wear a mask. My kid under 2 was in the stroller the other 2 are under 5 years and were shopping quietly. They were demanding they were a mask regardless of the mandates. This company will not get anymore of my business and I hope others join me. They didn't offer masks but wanted me to buy them just for their store from their store. This was unreasonable, unkind, and unnecessary. Just plain rude and ugly.
