I like this Goodwill it’s nice and clean most of the times, I wish that the kids side was a little bit cleaner and I could never find the toddler sizes right but this is by far one of the better Goodwills. Always has good furniture the prices are always right they never overcharge and the staff is really friendly don’t have any complaints on that end to be honest.

You can tell that Goodwill has gotten bougie over the years. Brand name things that were donated to them now cost maybe 25% less than brand new. Staff is pleasant enough,

I donate here all the time. I recently needed a computer mouse, so I decided to see if they had one there. They were between $4 and $9 and were missing the battery compartment and dongle. They can't control what gets donated, but it takes a lot of nerve to charge $9 for a non functioning version of what would have been a $10 mouse in new, working order. I know I'm not the only person to notice these prices, but this seemed ridiculous.

What manager approved 4.99 used CDs? 4.99 for Van Halen at a thrift store, really? Now the other CDs are also 2.99. I plan to write Goodwill Corporate about this greedy behavior, approved by the manager at 1290 N Scottsdale.

I came here to get an air fryer for my apartment. I didn’t see any outlets in the store to test it on like most other goodwills have, but I assumed it would work because it’s just an air fryer. When I went to checkout, the lady didn’t tell me until literally the moment AFTER my card went through that they don’t do returns on electronics, which was a policy I wasn’t aware of until now, and If I knew that BEFORE my card went through, I would’ve asked if there was any way I could test it to at least see if it worked. She also didn’t asked if I wanted the receipt and just tossed it in the trash, but whatever since they don’t do returns. And to my surprise, when I brought it home and tried plugging it in, it wouldn’t turn on. So now i’m $28 short and have to find somewhere to dispose this air fryer 🙄. For reference, the transaction happened around 2:40pm on August 19th on register 1 and it was a lady with black hair who checked me out
