⭐ Five Stars! ⭐ I absolutely love shopping at Goodwill! My recent visit to the location on 35th and Peoria was fantastic, earning an easy five-star review. The store was incredibly clean and well-organized, which made browsing through the racks an absolute joy instead of a chore. I spent almost two hours sifting through clothes and found several high-quality, name-brand items—a practically new winter coat, a stylish pair of boots, and a handful of vintage t-shirts—all at unbeatable prices. The staff were friendly, constantly restocking shelves, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Shopping here feels great because I know my purchases support a worthy cause, making it a sustainable and ethical way to update my wardrobe and home decor. It's truly a treasure hunt every time I go. I recommend this store to anyone looking for great deals and unique finds! I will definitely be back next week.
As I was donating several things to Goodwill I had a wonderful experience with the nicest, most polite young man, the DA,named Austin. He gave me quality customer service and should be recognized as a excellent kind employee!!! What a gem!!!
Goodwill is an overpriced 'thrift' shop. I stopped in on Senoir Discount Day. I chose some Christmas items and learned that seasonal items were not covered by the discount. This seems like a ripoff. They now sell plastic bags to carry ones purchases out. The employees did not necessarily seem happy in their work and appeared unfazed by a Senior Day Discount, which isn't. Shopping carts are mot allowed outside the store, and the fitting rooms are permanently closed. Goodwill seems to be discouraging its customers. My overall impression of the store is telling me not to return.
This place was disorganized, messy, and didn't have much of a selection. If you have a choice I would skip this place and visit the store on 35th Ave and Peoria. It's 1000% better in every aspect.
The only reason I am giving this store a one star is because of their female manager who is still on shift as we speak (5:51pm) literally told someone who had their bicycle parked inside the store by the doors while they shopped, they had to remove their bike or she was going to have it donated. And then when the customer made a remark she said " If you want to have that attitude then leave my store and don't come back." AND THEN SHE SAID "That's why your mother doesn't love you anymore" and walked away disappearing into the back! I put everything I had in my hands down right where I stood and left. I can't believe she works there and she should be fired! How dare she speak to anyone like that! Especially a place of business! I hope this review is taken seriously and some action is taken. I might just see if 3 on your side will do a report about this. NO ONE SHOULD EVER SAY SUCH A HORRID THING TO ANOTHER PERSON LIKE THAT.
