I furnished my entire apartment from Goodwill, for a total of $500. I get all my work clothes from Goodwill. I always try to find things at Goodwill before I go somewhere else that sells them new just to save a couple bucks. Most of the things are in good shape, or you can test him.
We went at night and the manager there had an attitude when we asked if she would bargain a price on a piece of furniture (which has been done at other locations in our area) but the people who made the whole experience great was alex the furniture guy and Mable! We went from not buying anything because of the manager, to then buying 2 big pieces of furniture! Mable at checkout was excited to let us know that the only piece of furniture we were looking at was actually 50% off yellow tag! So we got giddy, bought it and saw it had another piece to it (was a set) and went back to buy that also because it was yellow tag. Alex was the icing on the cake, super nice, excited to just be there and help us. We know eventually the items probably would have sold but we would have left empty handed if it wasn’t for the two workers that were more than happy to help us! They had amazing customer service, extremely helpful, had great attitudes and I would go back just to see them! Thank you so much Alex and Mable, hats off to you both! God bless you guys and keep being amazing 😊
Very nice organized store! Employees were friendly and helpful! Nice find of Vintage men's 70s Bellbottom jeans with tags! ❤️
Wish I could give zero stars. This is the third time dealing with the donation part of this Goodwill, and I will never go back. The guy working was so rude and completely ignored me as I unloaded the back of my CRV. I was donating Hundreds of dollars in clothes, shoes, blankets and pillows. He completely ignored me and went to help the guys behind me. They were grown men and did not need help. He also didn't offer me a receipt, a thank you, nothing. I will never donate here again, nor will I give them another dime. I'd rather my donations go somewhere meaningful and where the executives don't make money off of the people they're supposed to be helping
The prices are ludicrous for a thrift store. A shirt on the “Better Quality” rack was priced a $50.00! The staff(especially the manager)were not people friendly. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the store itself is very neglected. There was glass in more places than one, the bathroom was filthy, it didn’t even look like they swept right. About the only thing going for this location is the book prices. But many Goodwills have reasonably priced books in a much friendlier, cleaner location.
