My purchase had to be refunded. In just one day 4 bookcases went missing. Supposedly tossed out, supposedly could’ve been resold, supposedly just missing. I’m thinking other reasons it’s missing but what can you do but issue a refund and apologize. The supervisor tried his best to find a reason but nothing else could be explained. It’s no longer in the building. I wish the supervisor would have asked for information and update me on what happened. Bookcases like the one I found in good condition are hard to find. It sucks to lose out on a great find, and a good deal. I hope nobody else gets the same disappointment I received today. Wish I took pictures of the book shelves so the supervisor could have used it as a reference with his team members. First time experiencing a purchase gone missing. I thought long on my rating, and to my surprise I have decided not to give this place a one star rating. My rating today is on good faith this was an honest mistake. Workers are trying their best to handle high volumes of inventory each day while providing the best customer experience possible for the community. My experience was just bad luck and hopefully a learning lesson for better communication.

Have to look for treasures more diligently as prices have gone up. Still find treasures, and if items are priced too high I just walk without complaining, after all it is their business. Annoying message replayed about every 39 seconds "Friendly reminder shopping carts are not allowed outside of the store" Seems the Ultimate in UNFRIENDLYNESS to me.

Very clean and organized. They are on top of the 6 ft rule too found a couple nice blouses and even a owl inside an owl coffee cup.

Bathroom Review Lock/Code: No Available: Yes Cleanliness: 3/10 Bathroom usually has several out of order stalls, and few, sinks dont work, smells, but at least you can use it.

Dirty .I have shop goodwill for years .no more the prices are those of a retail shop .10.99 for used boys jeans ridiculous I always went to get a bargain thats why I shopped there . Now they're gouging. Last time I went I was in kitchen I found a thermos.i was interested.in opened to see i n side I almost threw up food still in there .
