I absolutely love this Goodwill! Every time I stop by, I end up finding something unique—whether it’s vintage clothes, quality home decor, or random treasures I didn’t even know I needed. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, and the constant rotation of items makes it worth checking out often. Plus, it feels good knowing purchases support a good cause. Easily one of my favorite thrift spots around!

Why, just why is Janet still here. Teach Ruby some management skills. Treat the customers with some respect, all the customers. Rotate the bins regularly.

I usually love shopping at this thrift store, but lately the experience has gone downhill. The manager, Gloria, moves incredibly slow and seems out of touch with what’s happening in the store. She’ll bring out new shoe rotations when there’s nobody even shopping for shoes, while the rest of the store needs attention. It’s frustrating to watch her take her time with things that don’t matter while customers are waiting for help. The store could run so much smoother with better management.

Janet is a problem and continues to be. She is constantly talking bad about other customers and coworkers to other customers and coworkers so loud you can hear it across the store. She was told to not do that anymore by the manager yet she still does it to instigate issues with customers. After many complaints from customers and her coworkers she continues do bring the morale of the store down. She makes it very unpleasant to work and shop around. She likes to do things her way and her way only. She does things like holding rotations and keeping the tables in the back for as long as possible to irritate those waiting for clothes and to fuel her own ego. Or continuing to talk to the cashier while she stares ant us waiting to be checked out. It is very unprofessional behavior annd covert childish for a woman her age. After sending her family members in to harass customers I’m not sure why she is even still aloud to work here.

If I could rate this place a zero I would!! The way the manager runs this place is awful. They let only certain customers which are younger boys back in the “processing center” to show them exactly what is going into the bins and let them go through the items. Which is funny because as soon as I asked a worker if I could do the same she said it wasn’t allowed. As they were bringing new linen bins out the boys followed the worker and pulled out 2 coach bags. It’s ironic they knew exactly where to look. Shame on the staff and especially the manager for giving them this advantage. 👎BS
