Clean store all the employees are nice! Very helpful to find everything that we needed.
The store is clean, the staff were nice, but Lord have mercy on the prices.
I quit going to this goodwill because the clothing in the kids section was the same items nothing new everytime I went. Makes me think the items were picked through by the workers before anything was put out. I would go every 4 months and the same items would be there. I see piles of kids items at their door from the weekend but never any new items on the racks.
Walking in, I saw a little old Mexican man sitting quietly on the bench in front of the registers. On the way out, the young employee shouted at him: “GET UP AND SHOP OR I’M CALLING THE POLICE!” He clearly didn’t understand her—and she smirked while saying it. 💔 My heart sank. He reminded me of my Pa—how he’d sit on a bench while Ma shopped. That was my first time and last time going into this store. I’ve been in management for over 15 years and I have never tolerated this type of behavior with my employees. The little old man wasn’t bothering anybody. 😢 As for the prices, they were ridiculously high for 2nd hand stuff. 😳
I have been donating to this store for years. While I was dropping off yet another trunk full of items,I saw 3 things that I wanted to purchase. The store was not opened yet so I took the items and returned when they opened. The women behind the counter and the manager were SO RUDE in front of everyone in the store they accused me of stealing and were yelling at me. I have never been so embarrassed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP OR DONATE THERE AGAIN. The store manager Kim and her team should all be fired and replaced. Who would want to keep people like that in a job that is supposed to help people.
