Typical goodwill lots of stuff , clean and friendly staff
Seems like a nice place for used items. Definitely recommend for anyone who's into thrift shopping.
The home decor prices here are so sky-high, they'd make a giraffe dizzy—sometimes even higher than when the items were brand new! And the manager? Let's just say I've met friendlier cacti in my retail days. I could tell you a tale about our encounter, but let's not stroll down that bizarre lane. On the flip side, they deserve a gold medal for their closing-time precision! Like clockwork, a countdown starts when an Employee begins shouting across the store thirty minutes before closing and this happens every couple minutes ““good evening goodwill shoppers…”. If you're still in the parking lot, there's a good chance you'll spot employees outside, happily reminding you that you've got a mere five minutes left, even if your watch insists you have twenty more!
The management has gone way down...this store is one nasty mess. This store was alot better at one time. I do not know what is going on here but something is just off. It's dirty & stinky in there now as well. I sure hope all of this gets corrected soon.
Very rude woman in the back. Said WHOS KIDS ARE THESE SHOUTING across the store . These kids were my family and was in my view and there mother view like they was on the isle in front of me and I could see and hear them. They wasn’t hurting nobody. There was toys already all over the floor when we got there. And this lady wants to practically blame these kids saying “it’s a mess y’all need to be with your mother “ I told her well Those toys was already on the floor when we got here and I pick them up but they are right back out and she has the nerve to say sarcastically “GOOD JOB” They also wasn’t they only children in this store. I usually have a great experience at this store. But I most definitely will not be back. That’s not how you treat your guest coming to bring you business. Absolutely embarrassing. Whoever the lady was had dirty blonde hair came from the back of the store and probably mid 30s or40s.
