Been to this location and the downtown one a few times and I must say they are MUCH better stores than their Red competitor. This store prices fairly, unlike the other guys.

Had a minor misunderstanding that was handled quickly and efficiently way by the supervisor in charge. Too bad I didn't catch her name (1/30/26 about 5pm).

This Goodwill location stands out. The staff are helpful and cheery! The donation process is made very easy with a drive in and staff to help unload. Found lots of candles for a party here at very reasonable prices. Still shop here regularly for weddings and events.

I am at this location on a daily or every other day basis, it’s super close to my home and generally well organized and price. I’ve never really had a bad experience until last night Nov 28th around 6pm. I was in the store looking to buy a printer, I kindly asked the cashier for a piece of paper to test the print as it was listed for $30 and as is, she rudely said no scoffed at my husband. So I brought the printer to the front, and asked for a discount because 1. You won’t let me test it. 2. It’s missing a piece on the front. She says if it’s missing a piece she can’t sell it and she won’t do a discount, so I ask for the manager. Manager immediately says to let it go for $20, he leaves but she calls him back 2-3 times to confirm the price. Bc she can’t hear I guess. And then she asks if I have anything else in the cart I say no, she has the nerve to bend half way over the counter and look into my cart like I’m a thief. This was insane and Rudy’s from a cashier.

Consistently shopped at this location and it used to be so good. Recently I’ve noticed them getting a little out of hand with their pricing. Seen a really cute item I was excited about getting for my daughter’s room, only to realize they have a $50 price tag on it. It was a basket ! $50 for a fricken basket. I Was told they’ve been keeping up with eBay prices to combat the resellers. So because someone wants to re sell something even after goodwill gets their money for it, people who rely on thrift stores can’t get anything nice anymore at a thrift store price. Gross.
