I'm not sure why there's so much hate towards this Buffalo specifically. I've never had any issues coming here, the staff has always been kind and welcoming. I've never had issues selling clothes, and of course they don't always take it all. They take what's in style and if they have too much of something they turn things down. They HAVE to be picky. I have always LOVED how diverse it is, the demographic for clothing is one of my favorites. I travel year round and this is ALWAYS a stop I make at minimum once when in town. I also highly recommend it to my friends, to go out of their way to come shop/sell clothes here. A lot of people will bring pretty average stuff that I'd see at a Platos Closet. The Buffalo here takes a lot of unique stuff. Also please be nice to the staff, everyone is trying their best right now, and not everyone is able to smile with crazy enthusiasm and fake it as well. We as a community are all dealing with a lot in our own lives, the least we can do is just be kind to each other. Also! If one location won't or can't take your clothes, bring them to one of the other two! That's totally acceptable to do! I've done that before, and one store just couldn't take them cause they were full, the other shop took some, and the third store took the rest. It just depends! ☺️

All I can say is that this place has awesome customer service! I was welcomed when I came in and helped through out the time I was there and didn’t feel rushed or like I was a bother. I wasn’t familiar with the process of exchanging clothes for credit or money but Jocelyn was the associate who was assisting me and she was so nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

This place could definitely have a quicker wait time to sell clothes! But overall my experience was really great. I came in with a bunch of items and they took 5 and offered me 30$ which was a great deal.

Had a weird experience. Usually the buffalo exchanges I have been to in the past have great clothes and kind staff. I noticed that customers who were selling clothes were standing right in front of the staff and watching them closely as they looked through the clothes. I am used to being able to just drop off the bag and let them look through it while I shop. I asked if it was okay and they said it was fine. But as I was shopping I noticed they barely looked through my bag, and quickly told me they weren’t interested in anything I had to offer and needed to take my bag to my car. They said they couldn’t hold it until I was done shopping? Very odd. As I was shopping I noticed many pieces had holes, damage, stains, etc. and lots of the pieces were shien, Zara, etc. Meanwhile the sign at the selling counter said they were looking for quality and material over brands? So overall the experience left me confused and unwilling to buy anything due to the poor quality. The prices were very high compared to what I have seen in the past as well… I love this chain but this location was very odd. If you’re selling I unfortunately suggest standing there and watching them closely… as when i opened my bag later i noticed everything exactly where i put it originally which means to me that they didn’t look through it at all lol

TO THE MANAGERS on duty NOV. 15th. Disclaimer: MAD RESPECT TO THE PIONEER days of Buffalo. The founder and the old skool diverse sense to the whole experience. R.I.P. Bro. Unfortunately, BUFFALO NOW SUX! Yooo. Betcha I’m not the first old skool kid from Tucson to say I’M OVER BUFFALO. For me, you get a text from them saying, “We miss you. Come sell your stuff." So you bring the items to sell that are in GREAT condition and some NEW! And they turn you down, and also they don’t turn you down in a courteous way that would induce even staying, let alone SHOPPING. And when they turn you down, they gotta humiliate you too?! Like diverse staff used to take diverse things. Even if you were to stay after that experience to shop (yeah right?!). Everything is just so jacked up price-wise; it's insane. I used to go to Buffalo once a month; they used to take my stuff pretty frequently. In the last five years I’ve gone. I haven’t bought anything because they’re not doing the trade. Back in the day it was a very different feel and experience. I don’t know what’s happened to you, but it is no longer local. It is a millennial hipster BOUTIQUE! I got to shop somewhere else. Thank you for the years prior. As a loyal customer, I will never be shopping with you again.
