I’ve made a lot of trips to this location and everyone there is always so quick and nice. I’ve seen a lot of rude people dropping off stuff and being awful to the employees. Depending on the stuff you have, the amount, number of people ahead of you, etc it might not be instantaneous so hopefully people are capable of understanding and being courteous and not-terrible-humans. Kudos to the employees who put up with it without losing it, I definitely couldn’t and you guys shouldn’t have to. You’re appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Cool that you can drop donations but staff is rude. I was 7 at the time and a worker gave me some change bc I was picking up trash. Then another person came out later and yelled at us.

This is the last time I donate at this location. If you’re interested in receiving a handful of attitude I’m sure Jacob will be ready at the door. When I addressed his attitude his response was “ived been alone all day”… so you’re taking it out on myself and my husband? Specially when someone comes in and is in a great mood and greets you perfectly fine
