Wow! I had an absolute pleasure of having Andrea (Andy?) assist me this afternoon! So was super helpful and really informative on the donation process. Wasn’t sure about a few items but she assured me they would definitely be useful to someone else. :) I cannot express how much weight she lifted off my shoulders

I been a customer for this location for a couple years and I would like to share my an Amazing experience and appreciation for the management Trinity! She is so kind, always welcoming me, ready to help and provide THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would like to share my Great experience and thoughts with our community and friends! Trinity’s ethics and integrity towards customers and employees need to be recognized and addressed to higher management! Sincerely I wish her Best in her career and more! She is really genuine, honest, caring and professional, friendly and very kind person! It’s always pleasure to be around her! I noticed that employee of the store adore her best manager and like to come to work because of Trinity! Again! Always fun digging around for a few treasures. I found a few for my own collection. Just a quick powershop at lunch. I go whenever I can. 2/21/23 Another good day shopping at Goodwill. Just had a few minutes but made the best of it and found a lovely new (to me) purse. Love it.

I’m a frequent flyer in this store since you opened this store. Your prices have gone up ridiculously for donated goods. Often some of them are more than the original price new. Your management should be attentive of that. You new items are WAY overpriced to a ridiculous degree, with the exception of your pet section. I bet now that I’ve mentioned it, you’ll jack those prices up. But that’s not my main gripe. Today I was in and there was a long haired young male employee and a dirty blonde female employee that were complaining about EVERYTHING, especially one other employee and people who take their carts anyway near the dressing rooms. I’d hate to be the employee they were complaining about because no doubt they bully her and it went on the entire hour I was there. On the other hand I want to make a shout out to another employee. He’s not real tall, he has short hair, a short beard and a dark skin tone. That man is the friendliest and most accommodating employee that store has ever had. He always says hello and how are you with a friendly tone and a smile like he really means it. If you mention that something isn’t right he sincerely apologizes and addresses it right then and there and gets management. He actually seems to care about the store and his job. He doesn’t come across as fake or condescending. Do everything you can to keep this guy. I wish I knew his name to tell you who he is. He’s a keeper.
