One of the best Goodwills in town, very organized, a lot of treasure u can find for cheap. The clothes were so beautiful, name brand finds for so much less. I never wanted to leave lol
Goodwill is awesome if you are looking 4 a random inside yard sell extravaganza. Occasionally find furniture for Penny's or legit vintage clothes... just wash everything b4 ya wear it... some people donate trash just 2 b jerks.. I hold out hope for an old safe locked w/treasure... love goodwill thanks👍🏻 👍🏻
This is the cleanest Goodwill I have ever been to!! Mel helped my mom and I get 2 office chairs. She went above and beyond and was so kind and personable. Typically you don't get that kind of service at a Goodwill in my experience. Mel was awesome!! The cashier, Kiara was equally as helpful and kind. I live pretty far from this location, but I will use this Goodwill location in the future whenever I need to shop at a Goodwill!
This is a good Goodwill. It is a bit small, but it is well-maintained and has good merchandise. My only complaints are the squinchy parking lot and that they have too many new items.
I am a disabled vet. I was shopping in one of your locations a couple weeks ago as I do daily me and my service dog literally have spent in the last month according to my bank statements on my Wells Fargo account about 4k. At various locations. I like to give the items that I purchase to friends, family, strangers,..anyone that finds interest in the items if they find it makes them happy I gift to them. And I tell you what the reaction you get from people is worth the money 8 times over. But here today there's a cloud over the goodwill I have always thought was for the good to make those with not as much have a chance to have nice things to. So I have my cart in your store filled with items and me being weak from the 32 operations ive had for my genetic bone condition multiple extra extisostis. Its so rare that if you find other people with the same condition as mine they are related to me somewhere. All of operations were performed at shriners hospital throughout my life. As you can imagine its a struggle to manage and explain to people. I placed my shopping cart up front where I wouldn't have to struggle around your store and other customers and my service dog. The moment I went to place a few items in the cart. I heard a voice of a female store employee who was obviously a manager saying sir you cant do that and. You can just instead leave my store and never come back. I was dumbfounded to here her telling me to leave !! I politely asked well why ma'am. She looked and me and said we can't have people like this in our store causing issues and drama. You can leave now as we are calling the police. Well as you can imagine the embarrassment i felt at that moment being brought to me and my obvious disability being called out..I decided to leave.. I cant say in my entire life have I ever felt so alone, hated, and mistreated for absolutely no reason expect for my looks. There was and never had been an issue with me so called shoplifting or even any sort of criminal record . I may have my shortcomings but I also have my integrity at least I thought I did..as im sitting there in my vehicle actually crying over what just happened I look behind me and guess what ? A police officer is pulling in and here starts an experience that for me has scarred me inside. This office was as polite as he could be after saying I smealt of alcohol which was fruit snacks. Yeah. The ones kids get in there lunchs. He then informed me the manager was trespassing for life and to never return to that location or I would face arrest...so still crying and in shock I drove away... and today I got a message from some person with absolutely no class in "loss prevention" named Joey. The message says i cant go back to any good wills in the state of az and to stay out of the stores...I have had 8 anxiety attacks. I am extremely depressed from this. Now when I walk into ANY store I clench at the sound of people ...I have literally been broken by this ! Please tell me what I have to do to resolve it. Do I share my story with the public in a public forum like the 3 on your side team? Do I write this to as many attorneys as I can in an attempt to save some type of life left? ...
