I love this store. Patrick is always so kind and a joy to see at the store. Mike is also great he is always very kind amd upbeat and helpful. I love the new layout of the store. It is so well kept amd organized. They are doing a wonderful job. I do however wish they had more books.
By far the WORST goodwill in Spokane. Definitely not worth the stop. They seem to be on a wildly different pricing model than all the other goodwills in the area. I have a feeling the person in charge of pricing items doesn't know the difference between a sold price on eBay and a listing price. Their prices on sporting goods in particular are absurd. I can buy items brand new for cheaper than they're asking price at this Goodwill. Selection is generally pretty poor too. I will never understand why some locations decide to go out of their way to overcharge for the same goods that other locations sell at 1/3 of the price.
Goodwill has LOST their minds when it comes to pricing!!! The item could be broken, dirty, or literally from the dollar tree and they will charge you an arm and leg… greedy as hell considering they receive their product for free?!?!
If you're looking to buy any used items, go to another location. I promise you. This place, and idk why, has their prices higher than any other Goodwill in town. In fact, come check it out, have a look around for yourself. After a few minutes you'll know what Im talking about. You're better off going anywhere else.
Your company gets donations for FREE and yet the prices are terribly unreasonable. I don't feel good about donating or shopping here when they don't serve their "mission" the way they used to.
