There was employees standing at 2 registers, register #1 had two employees standing at it and register #2 had one employee standing there. I stand around for a minute and then make my way to register #1 and I'm standing there for a minute as they talk to themselves, no customers were there. Then a minute or so later some other older lady customers come up and the ladies at the register say to me "oh sorry this register is closed" and then the older lady customers hurry over to the register #2 that's actually open (meanwhile none have their lights on) and I make my way over to register #2 and have to wait in the line behind the other customers.. I was in a time crunch and it was pretty damn annoying to wait 10mins for them to slowly check them out when I was clearly there first and was waiting at a closed register and didn't know it because they were too busy talking. Other than that, the selection can be alright at times like any goodwill really. Yep, its a goodwill.

Unfair business practices and changing price at the register! I will be doing a full video review on how the crew handled this situation and it was NO GOOD. Switching a price at the counter because it "looked more expensive since there's a code on it" im pretty sure is illegal or at least highly frowned upon. They removed the sticker from the box, priced $9.95 and said they were changing it to $49.95 and asked if I still want it. Before that I found a used hat press priced at $99, when the same one is on Amazon for $80 new, so I asked if they would adjust the price and they said that they aren't allowed to adjust it. I understand a pricing mishap here and there, but to knowingly take donated items and turnaround to charge even more than what they were worth new, is sad. And the kicker is, the male employee yelling at the female employee in the back of the store that she needs to say hi to him then aggressively yelling "what's wrong" over and over until she responded. Doesn't seem like a very safe environment. The maturity level at this store is minimal, at best. 1/5 stars because I can't give 0.

Manager has definitely lost their mind with these prices. Let’s not forget these are originally free donation. Should not be pricing SHEIN for $10 lol and then if you happen to find lulu or any other somewhat recognizable brand expect to be charged basically retail. Insane.

I was told I couldn’t return a $14.99 electronic item at this store, because it was purchased at another Goodwill. I have never been told that I couldn’t make a return for this reason. I thought Goodwill was Goodwill. Ace Hardware’s are independent owned and will not take returns from other locations, so I don’t shop at Ace.

A lot of stuff is overpriced - $150 for a tiny table lamp, and $200 for an inflatable paddle board that is cheaper brand new at Walmart (they also put the price tag at the top that was 12+ feet off the ground…) And the women’s bathroom was DISGUSTING - The smaller stall is practically impossible to even use because you have to cram yourself behind the toilet paper dispenser, between the toilet and the wall, to close the door (which actually touches the toilet in the process) and the toilet paper roll was just laying on the floor. The larger stall was LITTERED with discarded toilet paper next to it 🤢
