First off let me start by saying I love and hate Goodwill. This location particularly is the best one that I have ever shopped in my, however the company is greedy in my eyes every thing in there as you know is donated, I see in a business perspective it the best scheme ever maximize profits with no overhead brilliant! But what does this mean for me the consumer? I am paying too much for something they got for free. I would love to work for Goodwill and learn the business. Happy hunting goodwill customers 👋

I was out of my area and decided to pop in. I enjoyed the spacious and clean environment. I wish I had a truck to take some furniture but I am still happy getting my electronics at this location 🙏🏾 Sarai was my cashier. Awesome job guys👍🏾

Pretty nice items. I love the furniture they get in! Employees are very diverse. Some super friendly, some not so much. There's one girl with a headband I just try to avoid. She always seems to have an attitude and is rude to the cashiers (and the cashiers are super sweet). Her demeanor is awful, like she's talking down to them. She needs some kind of customer service class if she is a manager (which I'm assuming she is because of the way she orders everyone around). But overall it's a very clean store and they have such a variety of items!

Today I went to donate blood, and the person who greeted me was in a very bad mood. He was very rude to the person in front of me and then to me. I told him that if he didn't like his job, he could leave, because I didn't come there to be treated that way.

21 Dec 2022 I was perusing the picture frames which is a shelf next to the restrooms when I hear, “you can’t take the wheel chair into the restroom, The rod on the chair is stopping it from going in.” It was a woman pushing a disabled elderly woman in the chair and an employee informing the two! Can you imagine? THE DISABLED WHO REQUIRE A WHEEL CHAIR CAN’T WHEEL IT INTO THE RESTROOM! You know, because those in wheel chairs don’t have to use the toilet! The woman pushing the chair helped the disabled one struggle through the restroom door ON HER FEET! She could barely stand let alone walk! I suppose she left her own wheelchair in the car knowing the store had one! Absolutely no thought or care went into this wheelchair! The genius employees just stick a pole on anything with wheels irrespective of its purpose! These are robots carrying out their programming with no decision making ability whatsoever! On another note: Thank you for correcting the dressing room situation! I’ve been here a few times since and they all have been open as they should! 6 Months ago Neither customers nor selling clothing is a priority at this Goodwill! I was shopping at 6:30 p.m. on a Wed eve. and the employees were making announcements that the fitting rooms were closing at 7:00 p.m. yet the store closes at 8:00 p.m. While waiting to use one of the only four fitting rooms I noticed that one room was locked by the employees and blocked by a shopping cart so no customers were allowed to use it! This means only three fitting rooms were available for shoppers. Since Goodwill sales are primarily clothing this makes no sense! I asked one of the clerks at the register why they closed the fitting rooms an hour before the store closes and she said it was to clean them! This also makes no sense as it literally takes about one minute or less to clean them so three minutes total! They should be cleaning them on their time not on customer time. All of this indicates a few things: 1). The customer is a non-priority for the Goodwill corporation and this store. 2). The employees are the priority and set the store up for their convenience instead of the convenience of the customer. 3). If customers are that low of a priority that means Goodwill is partially subsidized by the government because they are not concerned about revenue! 4). Overall, Goodwill is not conducting business in good faith! How to handle: 1). No longer donate your used clothing and other items to Goodwill! I won’t! 2). Goodwill is supposed to be a charity for the poor yet Increased revenue to help the poor has somehow escaped their mission so I believe no one should give their “extra change” tacked onto a purchase for their so called programs. Can you imagine, they restrict the customers ability to shop and yet have the gall to beg for change? 3). Like myself, if you cease to patronize (give your business to) Goodwill and say patronize the Salvation Army or other thrift stores who accommodate customers thereby indicating they want business then perhaps Goodwill will reassess their business strategy…or perhaps not, thereby sealing their fate!
