Location is clean and organized. I just feel Goodwill is getting pricy for 2nd hand stuff. But if you take time to look around you can catch a good deal. I found these cute decorative plates. $1.99 each.

Great thrifting! 🛒 I found a lot of vintage vests here. 😁 Open & clean dressing rooms. Great service at the front. They also have security 👮🏾♀️. Organized women’s sections. 👗 👚 👖

I love visiting Goodwill and other secondhand stores because I enjoy finding antiques and home décor for reasonable prices. That’s the whole point of Goodwill — used items at a lower cost. But this location keeps disappointing me. On my recent trip, I picked up two items that were clearly overpriced, even though Five Below sells the same items brand‑new for half the price. Both boxes were damaged, yet Goodwill had them priced higher than buying them new somewhere else. I asked the cashier if they could adjust the price, because other Goodwill stores have done that when something is overpriced. He said he needed to check with the price checker the price checker came over and said he couldn’t change the price at all, so I told him I didn’t want the items. I then asked the cashier for the name of the price checker, and he said he didn’t know. The cashier’s name was Woodrow — he wasn’t part of the issue, but that was the only name I could get. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem at this location. Every time I come here the prices are extremely high — sometimes even higher than brand new items. It completely defeats the purpose of shopping at Goodwill. If you want to save your money and your time I recommend avoiding this store. Other Goodwill locations are much more reasonable and consistent with pricing.

This management is garbage. I was going to purchase a trash can marked at $7, the store put it out around 12/24/2025. To my surprise the trash can was CHIPPED, BROKEN at the bottom. Asked the manager for a discount and was told the $7 was the discount. I asked again due to a BROKEN item, already an expensive trash can and manager incompetent said no. Stupid prices marked by stupid management. It’s safe to say goodwill is going downhill. charging prices on USED stuff as NEW. Management are not there the CUSTOMERS, just their own benefit. I will be taking my complaint with someone in a higher management position.

I have been shopping at this location for years and I pretty much know all the associates that work there. They have about 4 associates who are very nice and will greet you. I went in today to look around and found two associates putting up all the sale tags in a basket which doesn’t make sense to because it’s the color of the week! No wonder I never find any colored tags of the week because they don’t want you to pay 50% off. They get donations and they rip people off. Who wants to pay $15 for shoes that they got for free!! I asked one of them why they were taking all the sale tags off and he said that he needed to put out more stuff. Why not let people buy the sale clothes? They are several women that work there with very nasty attitudes…they need to be better pricing. Stuff was free to them!!
