Hi! I don't leave reviews very often but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Amber for the outstanding customer service she provided while helping me on the sales floor at Goodwill. I was shopping for the perfect dress for my daughter for Christmas, and Amber went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. She literally dropped everything she was doing to help us, taking the time to walk the floor with me, offer suggestions, and make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Amber’s attitude was absolutely amazing—she was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping, which made a huge difference during a busy shopping trip. Her positive energy and willingness to assist stood out in a big way. This level of service was especially noticeable compared to some of the managers...who were very rude when I simply asked a question about the fitting rooms. Amber, on the other hand, remained professional, courteous, and focused on customer satisfaction the entire time. Because of Amber, my daughter found the right dress, and our Christmas shopping experience was a great one. She is a true asset to Goodwill, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized. I had an excellent experience thanks to Amber’s outstanding customer service. I had to give her a good review with the help of my grandson. From the moment I approached the register, she was incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive. Amber showed genuine patience with me, taking her time to explain things clearly and never once making me feel rushed. As someone of older age, that level of understanding and kindness truly meant a lot to me. She also went above and beyond by helping me sign up for the rewards program, walking me through each step and making sure I understood everything. She maintained a warm and professional attitude the entire time and made the process smooth and stress-free. Amber is a true asset to the team, and I greatly appreciate the care and courtesy she showed me.

I enjoyed the organization of items and clean fitting rooms at this location. Being able to thrift and help populations in need really makes me happy. I found a lot of nice pieces for the fall/winter season. 😁Donna B. was a delight checking me out. 🧾 She assisted me with signing up for Goodwill Rewards 🛒 🛍️.
