Purchased book from their online store, said it was signed by author, disappointed to receive book and learn they were dishonest, saying it was signed by author to increase price. However, once they realized the error they refunded me the total paid.
I frequent goodwills from Sierra vista to Phoenix to Anthem and anywhere in between. Your donotationnattentendsnt in Tucson are lazy, rude and inconsiderate. Multiple Tucson locations have indications of rodents and other pest infestations. For a second hand store prices arent exactly poverty friendly. Being 10% below retail isn't thrifty. If I could give it an.5 or less rating I would..
Thrift stores are becoming an issue they're supposed to be a place where poor people can go and receive things. Nowadays thrift stores are becoming equal to Ross, DD's Outlet, and Marshalls, as well as other thrift stores. charging $5 to 20 even $50 for things that are used and they have received for FREE!. This is becoming a big problem and an issue for the people that don't make enough money. Thrift stores need to change and quit trying to make money off of the people that willingly give them things for free. Then trying to sell them for prices that are absolutely outrageous and wrong. There has to be a change! People are feeling like they're being ripped off by Goodwill, Savers and other thrift stores. Is there going to be change or are we going to have to leave thrift stores and go to regular retail because you guys can't be honorable or fair! Signed pissed off😡💯🙄
I have been an avid Goodwill customer for several years and today was the first time I was not allowed to use my teacher ID for a discount. The reason why? Because I teach in Douglas and not Tucson. That is ridiculous. We do not have a Goodwill there. So what difference does it make. I was very disappointed as I spent hundreds of dollar there over the summer. 22nd street location. Thank you for your response. My apologies but it was the store on speedway. Thank you for making sure your employees know the policy.
Purchased from this location on shop goodwill. They refuse to take accountability for selling fake merchandise and failing to send all items from my order. It’s been a months long ordeal with them refusing to even respond to me until I got my credit card company involved. They knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise online despite consumers rights laws placing the burden on the seller. They willingly and knowingly violate consumer rights laws.
