I found so many great treasures! And it was truly a hunt. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful, however the store itself is quite disorganized. The employees work hard to organize the racks and shelves but the customers aren't quite as diligent in putting things back where they belong. Overall a great store with a lot of daily colored tags still available all week.
They were pulling all the sale color tags when I was there, on Sunday. The sale is supposed to last until Thursday. So disappointing. The rest of the store was very chaotic. Prices were high for jeans. The highest I saw was $27. I was there a few months ago and prices were not that high. Employees were friendly.
Recently visited and while the cashier was checking the price on an item, he completely missed one of the bags id just purchased..so I'm guessing my item went to someone else. I didn't opt for a receipt because i paid with my phone and had no use for it. I didn't think id have to worry about something like that, but here we are. One of the last times i came in, i was cut by an open blade mixed with things on the shelf. Find somewhere else to shop that has competent workers 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Liz and her employees display a culture at this location that goes against any communal standards. As soon as you question their authority, you're automatically trespassed. The beautiful part is you don't even have to be in person for them to lay a claim like this against you. Make sure that when you walk into this location, you're willing to lose the money you are investing in whatever products you are purchasing. Understand that there is no goodwill at this Goodwill, whatsoever—humanitarian, civil, productive, or communal. The behavioral traits depicted follow the leader, and the leader they are following is Liz. Liz should not be in this position; it takes a compassionate heart and understanding to work at a location like this. The culture she has created among the dynamics of the community, mixed with her associates, is so poor that it allows for sexual harassment and communication unbefitting of true communal standards. These women and employees think that if they shell out the phrase "call corporate," it's going to fix things. What they're hoping is that you won't reach out to corporate, because I would imagine that with the many accounts of nearly the same communication from one person to the next against this group of individuals at this location, they will then recognize a pattern of behavior. And who do you go after in that case? Higher management—those who are supposed to create a dynamic of safety and welcoming at these locations. Instead, you get products that will fall apart, poor attitudes, and you will not be able to make an easy return without a receipt. Even then, I'm sure it will be difficult. They have no problem embarrassing you in front of others, whether that be on the phone or in person. My experience a few days ago was in person, and the volume that comes from these individuals' mouths, so that the entire location could hear, is absolutely absurd. They have no common decency or understanding of why they are even in the position that they are in to begin with. Now, when they find themselves in uncomfortable, tower moments, I hope it's my name that they remember.
Manager was so unbelievably disrespectful. I went to return an item that I had bought on with a few other things. one of those other items did not work and I had to make another return, only they had taken my receipt. I have no choice over that. when I went to make the return on the second item I explained that they already took my receipt from a previous return on a different and asked them to use the card I made my purchase with (what EVERY other reputable business does). The manager refused and offer me 1 dollar on an item I paid 10 dollars for. When I asked to do an exchange, she once again emphasized that I would have to pay full price for the item and repeated that this was "store policy". I have made several returns with no receipt at this specific location over YEARS. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not shop at this location, They will sell you broken electronics and steal your money if you bring it back, just to put it back on the shelf for the next poor soul they can rob. And the manager will essentially spit in your face when you questions them.
