Decent little thrift store. Feel that it is definitely a better option than goodwill. Clothes and products are in better condition and are arranged neatly. Prices are solid for used goods (as they should be). I definitely prefere them to goodwill hands down.
Very friendly staff. Same discount program as Value Village which is nice. Place was clean and pretty well organized. Pricing idmf clothes was rather high, esp for how worn many were. Otherwise a great location and I will be back
This store is ridiculous. The people who work there are racist as all heck. This store employees will follow and harras you if you have a backpack and they take your backpack from you in order to shop in their store. BUT if you are the white (right) color , they will allow them to keep their backpacks as they call it their purse. Because I don't call my backpack my purse they hatras me. They've taken my backpack and locked it up then I was held up and couldn't leave the store as no one could then go get my backpack from wherever they locked it up and then I was told I had to wait until an employee had time to locate it. Then I had to search the store and I couldn't leave when I was ready as no one was willing to help. I was treated like a their for no reason, just because of my backpack and in the end my backpack was stolen from me and locked away and No one knew where it was. They ate the theives!!! Just be careful Savers has no shame to show their true colors and treat you a certain way depending on the color of your skin. Every white person gets to keep their backpacks AND ITS OBVIOUS.
I came here thrifting with a friend. The store is clean and well organized but the staff was incredibly unprofessional. I had two separate employees talk down to me for simply asking a question for the bathroom and at checkout. I’m a pretty cordial person so I was very disappointed with how I was treated twice in this store.
After rating my local Savers 1 star up here in Orem, UT, I was curious if I would have a better experience down in Mesa. I did not. Savers has the highest prices of any major thrift store chain. Considering they get their inventory for free, you would think they would price items better. Finding the discounted color is nearly impossible. Having worked their in the past, I know they begin pulling that color throughout the day, which is frustrating for customers looking for a deal. I frequently come across clothing that is priced equal to, or more expensive, than what it costs to buy new. Ridiculous. What's baffling is how busy they always are despite it being a rip-off. Do these folks not know about a plethora of other thrift stores around the valley with far superior inventory and pricing? Start across the street at 360 Thrift, a 5 star establishment.
