Kayla the manager rocks! Totally helped me find the couch I wanted. Like super service! I felt very well taken care of. You know a store is ran well when people like that are in charge! Thanks again!
Was a nice stop here today. Calmer than the one closer to Seattle on Dearborn. My Son brought me here, found some new gently used clothing and a new Cotopaxi purse brand new for a great deal. Lunch bag too was new with tags. There are a lot of things I wish they carried, but I guess it depends on donations too. I like their pots and pans sections. Dishes n cookware too. Still an awesome stop and great finds!
While looking at another item in the fabric section I set my cell phone down and I walked away without it when I came back it was gone And apparently a nice woman had picked it up and had taken it up to the front desk and said I found this back on one of the shelves that belongs to somebody and she was told by a clerk that they did not have lost and found. She brought the phone home to her daughter her daughter contacted my emergency numbers and we got together and I got my phone back Most grateful to that nice woman. Please get a lost and found going at your store.
Well organized and clean. Couldn't find anything though except for a necklace. Looks like staff knows the regulars and would greet one another. It was cute and wholesome but not worth the trip for me.
Total shit since they changed their hours to 8 pm close! I loved shopping there when we came up for my dad's appts at the VA. But, since they close an hour early, Michaels is open till 9pm, now I go there!
