Very busy store but always nice people, customers included. I usually manage to find a few good items including plus size clothing. I have noticed tons of NWT target items at this location. 9/12/25 I have just relocated to the area and still love this Goodwill! Jim is one of many employees I have met and so sweet! Lots of treasures & home goods. We rarely buy new so I am here often.

Was shopping, untangling a long necklace and trying on earrings and soon their security guy comes sauntering over. We were chatting about high school and Facebook and thrift shopping. I explained that my passion was jewelry and I showed him the pearls I had found. They were half off of 5.49. Later on I saw him staring me down when I was in the dishes then I approached a manager and chatted with her. She had good customer service, I might add an extra star just for her assistance. Debbie. God bless Debbie The HUGE experience was with the other shoppers! People know a plethora of information and are willing to help you read the bottom of a sandwich glass vase! Hilariously was informed that a customer blocking a womans way was her husband and "I've been trying to outrun her for the past 45 years!" The security guy, Andy, I don't know what to think of him. I knew immediately who he was, having worked security myself. So, it seemed cleaner than usual. Full of nice dishes. Almost too full. People haven't received their income tax return yet, still paying off Christmas maybe. Anyway, the merchandise was awesome. The customers were funny and observant of my space, helpful too. Security guard, not so much. Won't be back for a while.

Store pricing is fine. The drop off line needs a complete overhaul. Poor service. Staff present and walking around but no unloading of vehicles. Expectations are not managed. Please address.

Such a rip off. Everything is overpriced. Any electronics newer than 1980 something it's ridiculously overpriced. $129.99 for a tv that's like 7 years old?!?!? You can get the same sized TV at WALMART for $40 less. And don't give me that job training BS because everyone I see in your job training program is still in a minimum wage job! (That's not their fault, IT'S YOURS!) Goodwill is another one of those corporations that recorded massive profits during the fiscal years of 2019-2020 & 2021. There's nothing good about them and they're more than willing to step on their customers to get to the top.
