Echoing other reviewers that staff at Document destruction/corporate office are unhelpful and dismissive. I had a terrible phone customer service experience with Sandra where in response to my inquiry she basically said "I'm not sure what this conversation is about so I'm going to hang up." Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

I would just like to inform y’all of my experience dealing with Joe regarding community service in Lubbock. My documents were lost, and when attempting to recover them, Joe became very irate, stating “he would not help me whether the documents were found or not.” I don’t run a goodwill and know nothing about y’all’s policies, but I know that’s not how you run an office. The following morning I went in person to try to talk to him and sort things out, but was greeted with a threat to call the police if I didn’t leave the premises. He showed the same behavior when speaking with my mother, coming off of 3 spinal surgeries, and that’s where a line can Nd should be drawn. Joe has no business being involved in your or anyone’s business, and I suggest you fire him.

Horrible Staff at Document destruction/corporate office. The main clerk, Joe, has no business attempting to run anything more complicated than a toaster. He is rude & bitter and will refuse to help you just based on if he wants to move around more than reaching across his desk, most likely due to morbid obesity which does have an effect on a persons attitude and mindset. I do not recommend visiting this center and I highly suggest the higher ups at Goodwill fire that horrible, disgusting SOB Joe.
