Russell the store manager was extremely nice and helpful. Great store. We are from Alabama and The University of Alabama alumni and we found a signed Bear Bryant picture. It's headed back to Alabama!
I don't know what has changed at this store but it has changed so much. It's organized, clean, has new products throughout the entire day and the staff and management are helpful and kind. It's worth the trip!!
Needs shelving localized in one area for shoes, hard goods. They are currently stored on top of the clothing racks and very disorganized. If you are 5'3" you can't view what is in the middle of the mess on the high shelves. They have so many clothes racks and they are always stuffed full. No shortage here. Remove a couple of these racks and construct a viewing area for hard goods, shoes, etc. Also, consider letting customers volunteer to help lean, organize and stock these items.
Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost.
It almost seems like whomever is managing this store doesn't care about selling the clothing. The racks are so packed that you can barely clear an item enough to look at it ... and that's because most of the racks are sorted by color!!! I spent an entire hour there and left frustrated.
