Always find a few good things here. You never know what you're gonna get.
Honestly I don’t get what people are fussing about, I collect physical media and this one has consistently had great CD and DVD selections. Additionally I’ve found some great household appliances here!
Neat place to thrift, found some good things item wise, but the clothes weren't anything worth wearing and most items were very expensive for a thrift store. Been to many much cheaper Goodwills nearby. Also, the CD section just has tons of empty cases! No CD inside! Very annoying when you think you found something good just for it to be an empty case.
Only things that are affordable in here are the new good items. Y'all have lost your damn mind. It is possible to fund your "Nonprofit" mission without gouging consumers. I went to three thrift stores today (President's Day) and everyone of them had a half price sale going on except Greedwill. Shame on you guys.
I am editing my review to add a second experience and changing it from two stars to a one star. New review: I decided to give this particular Goodwill another chance. I stopped in about 3 weeks ago to hear one of the workers there saying that the sale for that day were the purple tags, but there may not be that many left because they were pulling them from the shelves. I thought maybe I misheard her speak because why would you pull only the tags of the sale items? Isn't that the purpose of having the sale items is having those tags out on the floor?? As I continued to shop, I noticed that there were literally no purple tags out on the shelves, but I did find multiple racks around the store that had only purple tags on them. I then saw a worker who was actively going through all of the clothing pulling any purple tags from the shelves. Why would you have certain color tags on sale and then pull all those tags from the shelves? Am I missing something? Shouldn't this be illegal? You not only got your items for free, you overcharge for most items. And then you have the audacity to take the sale items off of the rack so that no one actually has access to these items?? Corporate greed is at an all time high. Original review: Really rude staff. It wasn't even closing time and the lady at the front door had one door locked and was standing in front of the other side of the door and rudely told us, we close in 9 minutes. Which is fine, but why be so hateful when greeting guests. I was nervous about walking inside, because it felt like I couldn't, but my husband was in there and needed to get to him. Training staff on customer service would be a plus.
