Visited today and this store is so clean! Aisles are wide, merchandise is clean and well displayed. Parking lot is huge. Manager is doing a great job!

Wow! What a huge place! This goodwill is probably the biggest I've seen yet. We'll organized too. Whoever the Mgr is keep it up! Anything you need is here. I totally recommend this one.

Prices are awful at every goodwill, at least this one is clean and the employees are great. I found out other goodwills have not been ringing up my rewards points thanks to this cashier. She was amazing. I'm very disappointed with the corporate goodwill. I've sent multiple emails and have hear nothing back and I'm very disappointed. This is the ONLY goodwill I will visit anymore , and it's a once every few months kind of thing.

I’ve been coming to Goodwill for years, and it used to be my favorite 'secret' spot for high-end finds. You could walk in, go through the racks, and find those 'grapevine' items—designer labels or quality brands that you normally wouldn't be able to afford at retail. It was a place that made quality goods accessible to everyone. Now, it feels like that magic is gone. It’s clear that Goodwill now pulls almost anything of actual value to sell on their auction site or in their specialized boutiques. Instead of finding a hidden gem on the rack, you’re left with overpriced fast fashion and things that should have been recycled. It’s frustrating because the items are donated for free by the community, yet the best stuff never even hits the floor for local shoppers to find. If you’re looking for a lucky break on a designer piece, those days are over. What changed? Goodwill of North Central Texas (which covers Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding areas) now uses a high-volume E-commerce sorting process. The "Pickers": Sorters are trained to identify specific high-value brands (like Lululemon, Coach, or vintage electronics) as soon as they come off the donation truck.

Typically an employer allowing Halloween costumes would have some rules like nothing divisive, offensive, keep it family friendly, no gore etc so I was so disappointed to go to your midnight madness sale and see at least 2 of your employees dressed as ice agents. Highly inappropriate and not the stance I want to see a place that is supposed to help people take. Will not go back.
