Overall it is a orderly store. A little overpriced sometimes but easy to find what your looking for in general.
I’ve just started getting into thrifting at Goodwill stores in the surrounding areas but I must say this is one of my favorite locations. I always find great items especially workout clothing, brands such as Gymshark, Nike, Adidas, etc. 10/10
The store was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice selection, reasonable prices. There were some broken items or shoes that had soles coming off that were priced too high. Otherwise, I had a great experience.
This might be my favorite Goodwill! I happened to be in the area, Googled the nearest location, and this one came up. I love the size and the large variety this location offers. The staff is friendly, and the store is fairly clean, considering how busy it can get. However, sale days aren’t what they used to be—they feel more like a scam these days. My biggest complaint is that there’s only one mirror in the entire store, and no fitting rooms! Most people like to try things on before buying, and having just one mirror is really inconvenient. I hope this is something small they can fix. Other than that, I love this store! Thank you, Goodwill!
I’m not sure I can come to this store anymore, hopefully someone reads these and will make necessary changes. I visit this location a few times a month, thrifting is a hobby of mine. Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative interactions with an older lady cashier at this store. On different occasions, she has been noticeably rude and dismissive toward me. During my most recent visit, I was unable to find the price on a pair of shoes and asked for assistance. Her response was, “You need to look. If you don’t look, you can’t find it!”. Asking for help with pricing should not result in a hostile exchange like that, I truly don’t understand it. What stood out most was the contrast in her demeanor. She greeted the customer before me in a friendly manner, and she greeted the next customer after me friendly as well. When interacting with me, her tone and attitude changed noticeably. I spoke with the manager, I believe his name is Anthony, who was professional and willing to listen to my concerns. I appreciate his responsiveness. However, the ongoing pattern of behavior from this cashier has made all my visits uncomfortable. I hope this matter is addressed, as this is the only nearby Goodwill location and I have genuinely enjoyed shopping here in the past.
