Whatever man answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude when asked about something being in stock he was very rude and added on that hes not a personal shopper for anybody and would not be shopping for anybody over the phone. Which is not what i asked him to do I asked a simple question and he was highly disrespectful. Please be more careful with who you hire and be mindful of their character. Thank you.this was extremely unacceptable
This is the worst thrift store. Over-priced, disorganized sh looks like it came out of a dumpster. Who wants to buy a worn-out old navy shirt from 10 years ago for the same price it cost new?
The manager was honestly very rude. She was a women with black hair and glasses and basically embarassed me when i was trying to pay. She didnt let us know that the register did not accept cash and for some reason did not want to transfer us to another register . She claimed she couldnt but another cashier came and helped us very sweet. She seemed racist because she talked very differently to another white person but we are latinos and so she was even picking the clothes like they disgusted her. Very rude and very bad experience i dont suggest anyone who speaks spanish to go there and if you do be aware of her .
Literally standing in front of the toys while 2 employees are looking at their phones and flirting with each other over an empty merchandise cart, for 5 minutes and not moving while I try to shop around them. They are rude to anyone who asks them a question and are not working. They clearly hate their jobs and I can’t say I blame them.
