Great store with good selection. Very much appreciate that the fitting rooms are open! Most staff was friendly and racks were not overly full making it much easier to look through stuff. My favorite store in the area so far.

I just wanted to give some feedback back on an employee at the Tigard store. Working with the public myself. I found it refreshing to be welcomed with a smiling happy face. Zoraida thank you for always being so kind and sweet to work with. Glad they finally have some happy friendly helpful staff! Keep up the great work. See you next time....

Jeff is an absolute GEM! Can we just call him Gem? He is so kind and thoughtful and over the top helpful. He makes shopping here so much more fun and enjoyable. Jeff went out of his way today to listen to my toddler and FIND him an impossible surprise from across the store. So yes, Jeff-“Gem” is our favorite employee and we’ll seek him out every visit, that’s for sure! Thanks for making our experience so wonderful, Jeff, with your warm smiles and lovely disposition. The world needs more Jeff’s!! :)

I've been a regular shopper at this store for years though after this week not sure how often or if I'll return. I spend alot shopping for extended family & elderly relatives that can't get out. Yesterday & a new employee who I've seen before recognized I was a regular & smiled & said good to see you again & actually made eye contact & I smiled back & said thanks, & thought wow I haven't had a employee be that nice in years. Then a few minutes later a different employee recognized me & as he walked past me he whispered " GO HOME " ! I couldn't believe what I was hearing & didn't say anything & he continued to glare at me as usual as if I was in his way he was putting merchandise on shelves. I've always smiled & tried to be polite to everyone! I've noticed for years that the majority of shelf stockers act like your a nuisance whose just in their way & they occasionally run past you or bump into you & don't even say "excuse me or I'm right behind you." The other thing I've noticed the last couple of years is that anything vintage or unique Is mostly going to the e-commerce/website & the shelves are practically bare especially the glass & collectibles. It would be nice if they could keep at least a small amount of the nicer items in the store & I don't even mind paying more for better selection & diversity. There's maybe 4 employees that are regularly polite & pleasant & the rest act like they resent customers. I think they need to work on customer service & selection.

Without question, clean and well organized. I really appreciate that. However I think the pricing is really unusually high. I am not a reseller. I purchase a lot of dvds, cds, and books for my own library. When a 10-year-old Pixar movie on DVD is being sold for $6.99, I can just purchase it on Amazon for significantly cheaper. Water damaged hard cover books with Target stickers for $9.99? No. Just no.
