It's fun to show up here and see all the new donations they get. Got a dope Mushroom Frog plush that sits on my computer desk. Service is very friendly.
We just visited this location and I have to say I was impressed how clean and organized this Goodwill looked. I honestly appreciate that!! I tried to make a manage aware of it but she seemed busy at the time of checkout. Must visit!!
A decent goodwill. Stores neat and clean and fairly organized plenty of clothes in a variety of sizes and styles not much in the way of hard goods or gear but all in all of it Goodwill. A little bit smaller than some of the other stores but seems to fit the location.
I would give it a better Star but first off they open at 10:00 so that's the number one thing number two is the prices are overrated due to the fact that this is all free crap inside. But yes I am here because I'm looking for something that I do not want to pay a lot of money for but I do not come here that often because again all this was donated it's free and they want me to pay what I would normally pay at a normal store. Open earlier and lower your prices.
12/20/25 around 2:30pm I had a very unpleasant experience at the Goodwill on Crowley while dropping off my donations. I said hello to the black male attendant with glasses when I pulled up, but he did not smile or respond and just stared at me. I told him he could open my car door to grab my two small donation bags. Instead of doing that, he stopped and stared at me with a blank expression, then raised both of his hands as if asking what I wanted him to do. I stared back at him and smiled, pointing to the bags again and saying he could open the door. He still did not open the door or say a single word. Instead, he shoved the bags out through my car door window rather than opening the door, even though I had given him permission. He then walked away without saying anything. The entire interaction was rude and uncomfortable, with absolutely no friendliness. It left me feeling very annoyed and frustrated. This experience makes me want to donate my items somewhere else instead of Goodwill, especially knowing they make a profit off the items people donate.
