First, I get there, and I have bladder issues, Im with my 7 month ild, bathrooms are closed, so I try to go to subway, also closed, had to pee on the side of my car before I could go shopping. Then for their kids section, its just super small, I was surprised by that. On my way out, I mean there are always people panhandling, but someone had yelled across the lit behind Goodwill, he mentioned my baby, and it made me uncomfortable before he ducked behind a dumpster, the asked people for money pacing around. It was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this location until the city cleans up the homless drug problem.

I used to love this location, great finds. However, something changed recently, some items are being priced at fair market value. This is not a boutique! This is so against its mission “Goodwill works to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity, and helping people in need reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.” Please price items reasonably that’s probably my only ask!

One of the worst Goodwills I’ve been to. Poor selection, high prices, unhelpful staff, and frequent issues with other “customers” being disruptive.

I understand stealing is not ok , there was a homeless man putting on clothes to take he was saying he was cold . The lady with the pink hair and him started arguing and she told him he was pathetic and was calling him names.an employee resorting to name calling and yelling in front of customers.

Traveling through the states, we stopped in and had a very scary incident. A man attacked a police officer in the store. Though this was not at the fault of the store, the action that followed was. The front desk woman started screaming code 99 over and over in a loud panic. All the employees came running out of the back in a panic and no one informed the customers what to do or what was going on. I repeatedly asked what that code meant and they looked at me and ignored me. Finally, a worker said it meant there was potential danger. My 12 year old son was in the restroom and we hid in there until the coast was clear. No employee helped the customers with what was going on or what to do. Thankfully, the police officer is ok.
