Bigger selection and fair prices, just not the most well kept goodwill store. I know I know I'm being picky, getting deals but I expect spotless floors. Some stuff is just all over the place, no fault of the staff but the customers. On the better end of goodwill stores.

The price and quality of clothes are good. However, there was a new shirt that the original price was $3.94. They still try to sell it for $5.49. And when I explained to the cashier, it said in a antagonist voice that it’s text book knowledge that the shirts at $5.49 despite the original price. At that point I said I didn’t want the shirt , and he raised his hands in the air like I was being confrontational or getting upset. I won’t shop there again if I see him. I don’t like his customer service. Customer service matters.

Staff was rude when i asked for help. I also waited at the cashier for 10 mins before I had to go get someone to help me. Nice clean place just needs better management.

I was shopping here recently and my car didn't start when I came outside I informed the wheelchair bound employee (Donte') and they STILL ended up letting my car get towed. Mind you they couldn't even confirm that it was a tow company that took it, since they can't run their cameras back. The MANAGER Hoza' was NO HELP either! Just said idk & gave me corporates number and I'm currently STILL calling around looking for my car smh! I love a good thrift store, but when it comes to incompetent people. I CAN NOT! 0 / 10 rating for this store! It's giving idgaf too much for me!

I went to drop off a ton of clothes from a family member that passed who was a major designer clothes hog and when I did, the person literally huffed at me and walked away. I loaded my items back in the car and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was! I’m not sure if was because of how I looked but she was very rude. I will no longer donate to this particular store until they get people who don’t mind helping EVERYONE. The store on Morse Road. I want to make sure it is the correct store that gets this review.
