Goodwill Outlet Canton is a spot that anyone serious about thrift shopping in Canton should check out. This location is part of the larger Goodwill Stores chain, known nationwide for offering quality secondhand goods at accessible prices. The outlet setup here makes it a particularly interesting experience because it’s more of a bulk, treasure-hunt style environment compared to a typical Goodwill retail store.

But Goodwill Outlet Canton isn’t just about clothes. Furniture shows up frequently, making it a solid choice if you’re looking to furnish a place on the cheap or just want to add some character to your home. Housewares and kitchen items are also common finds, plus there are often books and media that attract collectors or casual readers alike.
The appeal of this Goodwill Outlet goes beyond just what’s on the racks or shelves. It’s about the experience of digging through bins and sections to uncover good-quality items. The store’s connection to the Goodwill brand means there’s a level of trust in the condition and authenticity of what’s available. Plus, the variety keeps things interesting—no two trips are exactly the same. I can't say enough. I love this place. I have a blast when I get to go. I live an hour & a half away. When I have business in the area I make sure I go even if I don't purchase because the thrill of looking is wonderful! I even purchase things in line of vintage items as gifts for my friends who love those things. I have purchased multiple candy dishes as gifts. Again can't say enough. First time I went was curiosity now it's for fun.
Do you remember what Black Friday used to be like? People pushing each other, throwing punches, acting uncivilized. That's this place on a Saturday. Like people are actively pushing people, fighting over carts and items, it was reckless and lawless. I still went ahead to figure out what a Goodwill bin experience was like, as it was my first. I found a couple things and when I decided I had enough of it, I decided to check out. I explained to the staff that it was my first time and was willing to work with them to show me how the checkout works. The staff was very rude and I believe they actually tampered with the scale and made me pay more than I should have. After weighing it at home and comparing the prices, yeah they over charged. I probably will not return. I'm not a reseller, I'm not starting fights for no reason.
Love to find a bargin im not a resale person I gen find stuff to help people in need . Carts are never available due to the teenagers using so many at once maybe buy your stuff take it to your car use that cart all day doing that .many old people come in and cant even have a cart to hold onto.. rite now is there worst to go a gotten flu a and b from so many people there and needs a sanitation wipes for carts .
We have been coming here for almost a year now and like certain things about it. What we dont love is there are never any carts, groups of young kids throwing clothes everywhere, being aggressive and rude, stealing carts, and changing bins every 20 min. Older seniors would like to shop but cant because they dont have a chance to have a cart and these rude groups run and cut people off. Something really needs to be done and not just told they are regulars. This is supposed to be for the community and not just certain groups. Give them a time limit on carts or something. Some of the staff are nice but a few are not. The staff caters to the regulars who are acting like animals and driving others away. Please do something to make it more enjoyable for everyone who wants to shop.
Horrible staff. The most incompetent, rude, and down right disgusting manager. Horrible horrible horrible. Bins are completely a mess, not organized like a usual outlet, and once again the worst staff imaginable. Would not recommend for anyone to ever visit this place, as it’s the worst goodwill in America. The rest of the staff is lovely but the manager is awful and should be fired immediately. Disgusting workplace and horrible service. Would give negative stars if possible. Don’t waste your time giving money to this corporation!
